Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Revenue Hawk, a service operated by CODIAK INC, a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” or “Codiak”). By signing up for or using Revenue Hawk, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
What Revenue Hawk does
Revenue Hawk is a SaaS product that connects to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect, monitors your billing data for statistical anomalies (refund spikes, payment failures, churn, MRR drift, signup patterns), and sends you 2-3 sentence explanations of detected anomalies via Slack, Discord, or email. We act as your monitoring agent. We do not process payments on your behalf, hold funds, or take any other action against your Stripe account.
Subscription and billing
Revenue Hawk costs $15 per month, billed monthly via Stripe Billing. New accounts include a 14-day free trial during which no charges are made. A credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal accessible inside the app; on cancellation, monitoring pauses and you retain access through the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing for future billing periods on 30 days’ notice. Pricing changes never apply retroactively to a period you’ve already paid for. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Refunds
Because there is a 14-day free trial, refunds are generally not issued. If you believe you were charged in error, email contact@codiak.ai and we’ll resolve it case by case.
Your account
You’re responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be authorized to connect any Stripe account you connect to Revenue Hawk; by connecting an account, you represent that you have that authority.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone else’s rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the service
- Send abusive, automated, or excessive traffic that degrades the service for other users
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
- Use the service to process or analyze billing data you don’t have the right to access
AI-generated content disclaimer
Revenue Hawk uses large language models to write the narrative explanations attached to anomaly alerts. These explanations are inferences from statistical patterns and your billing data; they can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Treat them as a starting point for your own investigation, not as a final answer. You are responsible for any business decisions you make based on Revenue Hawk’s alerts.
We do not guarantee that the service will detect every anomaly, surface every issue, or correctly classify any given event.
Privacy and data
Our handling of your data and your customers’ data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to that policy.
Intellectual property
Codiak owns Revenue Hawk, including its code, prompts, models, designs, and brand. You own your billing data and anything you generate inside the product. We claim no rights to your billing data and use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your billing data only as needed to run Revenue Hawk for you.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee or SLA at this stage. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages (Stripe, Anthropic, Supabase, etc.). We are not liable for losses caused by such unavailability.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or pose security or legal risk. On termination, your access to the service ends, monitoring stops, and your data is retained and deleted per the Privacy Policy.
